West Justice Center is Westminster's own courthouse — formally the Stephen K. Tamura West Justice Center — and the criminal and traffic courthouse for the county's west and central cities. The court's Court Designation List assigns Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Stanton and Westminster here: nine cities in total.
